I’ve not stayed in a Hampton by Hilton before but was really impressed by this location. Staff were brilliant - kind, helpful, friendly and professional. The decor was really fresh and felt so much more personal and thoughtful than a Premier Inn or Travelodge. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet (as specially requested), was immaculately clean and felt very safe. Best of all, there were power and charging points EVERYWHERE! I spend half my working life on the road, trying to find enough sockets to plug in my laptop and phone. Not here! I could reach a socket (USB ports too) from almost anywhere in the room. Breakfast was generous, good quality and refreshed and tidied up constantly by staff. The very worst thing I could say about my stay was that the hash browns could have been kept a wee bit warmer, but that’s really nit-picking. Great stay overall and will seek out Hampton by Hilton branches whenever I’m on the road. Great value for an affordable but high quality midweek stay.

Breakfast choices were excellent, quality & quantity equally top quality. Absolutely no problems with the room, comfy bed, great walk in shower. Very clean. Staff always friendly, helpful and courteous. The secure basement parking was very re-assuring and safe, very well priced.

It is a nice hotel in the centre of Bournemouth! Unfortunately lots of steps to get to it ,but if you drive they have a carpark!! Near bus stops which was good, and short walk into town, though I'd bus back and walk down the hill back to hotel!! Includes Breakfast in the price which is really good and do hot and cold snacks in the evenings in the bar area, which were nice!! It also has a lift to all floors!

Exellent location, minutes walk from the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, from reception, bar and restaurant. The room was was modern and very clean and comfortable, even a slight view of the sea! Very good value for money and breakfast was good quality and a fair choice. Even gluten free bread on request. My husband and I were going to the Pavilion so needed to stay over. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Would definitely use again if we were staying in Bournemouth.

The room was clean, the towels were replaced each day of my stay, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was equipped with toilet supplies like shower gel and shampoo from dispensers, it was secure with electronic card keys the buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was near the seafront about 5minutes walking distance. I had come for the Air Show at Bournemouth. It was quite so sleeping was easy. A Taxi back to the station was quickly arranged.

Everything was excellent ♥️ Staff very friendly and helpful..especially Luisa,cause she helped me a lot for transport and explained a lot to me to get to the station etc… Breakfast very good and a wide variety to choose from, only 1 thing i expected that at least there will be fried eggs,but never mind on the whole it is a very good hotel and I recommend it a lot. Location perfect, although i had a leg injury and had to climb up the hill, but never mind accidents happen.

Location was perfect for quick and easy access to the town and beach. Hotel was light and airy with a very relaxed feel, not too formal but still with a 'smart casual' feel to it. Air con might be standard in a lot of hotels these days but is still a very welcome feature after a very hot day

Location is excellent for town centre, parks and beach area. Self service breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Staff at reception were pleasant and efficient. The lifts to all floors were quick and quiet. Room was cleaned daily and on a couple of days when we returned to the room at lunchtime they had cleaned and gone already. Parking was good but you do have to take and keep a ticket every time you enter.
